Hi I brought billie eilish tickets. I recieved a confirmation email but I can't find it. I think I may have deleted and I don't know what to do.

It depends on the location of the gig,... 

 

For Gigs at The o2 contact AXS  via axs.com : https://support.axs.com/hc/en-gb/articles/4416980762770-How-do-I-contact-AXS-UK-as-a-customer-

For o2 Academy's you need to contact TicketMaster via https://help.ticketmaster.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/360017761298-How-to-Contact-Us (TicketMaster charge £5 per ticket for lost tickets)..
