I had brought tickets from o2 for a concert last week, but obviously it didn't happen, I haven't heard anything from o2 about it. I contacted the venue but they said I needed to come through to where I brought them from. So just wondering if can get a refund and how can do it?.

You have to contact the ticket seller.

Usually Ticketmaster

It's nothing to do with O2. They just work with 3rd parties via Priority
