Hi There!

I've purchase tickets for Ed Sheeran Fri 2nd June when am I likely to receive my tickets? also how can I find out if it's seated or standing tickets....I purchase a while ago and can't remember?

For the O2 and O2 Apollo Manchester, contact Ticketmaster
For O2 Academy venues (except O2 Apollo Manchester), contact TicketWeb
For gigs at non-O2 venues, get in touch with Ticketmaster or See Tickets

The O2 arena has a dedicated disabled access booking line, which you can reach on:
