You can change your address under "Manage my details" in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

To change your name you need to follow this process here http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(HomePhone),T=HomePhone_Case,CASE=23722
