hi i have recently upgraded my phone and it now says i have no network.
I spoke to someone online and they saidi need to activate my sim by texting from my old phone but i have already posted that back to be recycled. and it wont send me the code to swap either even though i have the same number. how do i activate the new sim?

If you have the old sim then you just put that in the new phone and get the code sent to it, and then once its complete put the new sim in the phone.
If you cant then you need to call Customer Services on 0344 809 0202
