hi i am trying to upgrade my iphone, but i can not enter the verfication code on my old phone as the screen is smashed & i cant enter the passcode or use touch id please help
Unless you have another phone to put the sim card in, then you will either have to do this in store, or call 0344 809 0202 and they can help you with the upgrade
