I have applied for an unlocking code - case ref:1316683605.I have received an e-mail from o2 stating they are unable to reply at this time because "there was an error while searching for data" and signed Ursula. What does this mean? Will I get my unlocking code in due time? Can anybody help because I can't seem to reply to the e-mail. thank you

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Have you tried another sim in your phone? I ask as it may not be locked? O2 stopped locking phones in 2018.
