Updated iPhone 12 Pro with 5G e-sim. Now unable to make or receive calls or texts.Can someone assist please?

Yes a number of times. Also waited overnight in case the e-sim had to be activated. Still unable to make or receive calls?

Did you do a sim swap to activate the 5g sim?
