You will need to contact Customer Services and request a new sim card, you can contact them on 0344 809 0202 and they reopen at 8am tomorrow morning.

You need to go to your local O2 store with some ID to get a new sim card.

You can also call O2 if you have another phone to call from Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
