None of our managers will contact a community member via a call. If needed they will send him a PM.

Either way he can get a replacement sim by going instore or by contacting O2 by phone. Numerous numbers are in this guide and currently 0800 587 4005 is the best one to call. @AllyG

I've been talking this customer through how to post this over the phone. I'm in a closed store still and cannot help further. He's been unsuccessful in contacting customer services to get a replacement sim for his contract device. Can you please contact him to help him out?
