s20 plus not connecting on underground

Hi there.

 

        I have been using one Samsung S20 Plus device (from Three) with my regular O2 SIM card, everything works fine (meaning WI-FI connection) at home or when out BUT I have been unable to connect while using the Underground...I have been (as advised) to an O2 hotspot as MC Donalds and when I got the WI-FI connection (to get my device registered to O2 and this way being automactically able to find the EXTRA connection when under the ground) and despite I've got (at the upper screen) the WI-FI  logo there was a message telling I was "connected but without Internet"...I have been changing all of the possible connection set up on these device but with no success, any suggestion please?

Try going into WiFi advanced settings and choosing a static IP.
