pac code transfer

what is the password required for security checks when adding the pac code and sim number when transferring to o2 from three. the help description is that it is not the passowrd that i use to login to My O2

It is the security question you set when you took out the contract.

It will be your first school, first pet, mother's maiden name etc.

If you can't remember it you can reset it in manage my details in your MyO2.
