I have been out of the country for 9 months and my simcard had been off the whole time. I just returned and I'm in quarantine but my simcard is not working. I dont have access to any other phone so I can call o2. Is there any other way I can contact o2 help eg WhatsApp? MyO2 APP is also not working because it requires verification but my sim is not working.
