Since Friday last week I have no signal , not able to use my phone in acordance to my contract. I traveled across Wales with no signal at all. I have followed provided instrunstruction re reset, sim card checke etc, no  has worked. Please advise/solve the problem. Thank you, Agnieszka Sadowska

@Dziabonga This is not O2. This is a customer community. Take a look at the links provided by @Cleoriff to see if there's anything that can help. Also to add, if you look at the Terms & Conditions of your contract, you will see that O2 does not guarantee 100% uptime. No network will guarantee that. If you are still having issues, I suggest you call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby. They can check that all the settings on your phone are correct, and also swap your sim out with a new one for free, if they suspect that may be the problem.
