my screen is brown and I cant turn it on or off

My samsung A51 screen is brown and the phone cannot be turned on or off

1. Press and hold the Power button and Volume down button (left edge) until the 'Power off' prompt appears then release.
   
2. Tap Restart.
3. To confirm, tap Restart.
   If your device won't power back on, partially charge the device then retry.

Or....

1. If the device is unresponsive, press and hold the Power button + Volume down button until the screen goes dark then release both buttons.
   
2. Allow several seconds for the reboot process to complete. 
    If your device won't power back on, partially charge the device then retry.
