What exactly is it asking you to sign into and what phone do you have? 

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

I wouldn't think the problem is associated with 4G anyway? As @madasaf1sh has asked,we need more info than you've given @joanna73

Well, I don't get asked to sign in, but I do keep getting a message PopUp saying I've been signed out of the 4G Network. Which I haven't of course, just clicking OK and it goes away. Next time I'll do a screen grab and post it. Seems to have no meaning or effect.

@RobertChalmers  We have had a couple of people with a similar issue. All I can think of is it may be something to do with an upgrade or work on a nearby mast.  Check here https://status.o2.co.uk/

Reset your network settings and then reboot your phone.
