My phone is losing charge really quickly and it may be that the battery needs replaced.  The phone is about 18 months old and still on contract.  All the stores are closed and don't know how I can get this sorted.  The phone shuts down after receiving one call.

@A_A

Battery warranty is either 6 or 12 months and not the full 24 months which covers the phones hardware.

You'll need to get the battery replaced either by sending to O2, a local repair shop or the manufacturer.

The manufacturer would be my firt choice as they may offer a goodwill gesture towards the cost.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

What phone is it @A_A?
Depending on the phone you might be best off contacting the manufacturer.

Best thing is to contact Samsung directly first then @A_A.
If you visit their support pages (https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/) then you can either live chat with them, book an appointment for a video call or call their local rate number (starts 03).
