lost service at home LA128EB

Hi  after recent storms in area , we have no phone service at home from local mast  , normally good   . Area is LA12 8EB  ,tried resetting phone , like to make O2 aware of problem

O2 will be aware but repairs may be delayed depending on the issue. 

Best thing to do is keep an eye on https://status.o2.co.uk and download the my o2 network app from the app store which will give you notifications and let you report issues
