Hi, how do I get onto live chat on my laptop? I can't seem to find it anywhere on o2 site?

@KDD Live Chat has not been available during the crisis. Someone said they got through the other day, but there has been no official announcement that chat is up and running again. As far as we are aware, the only way to get through to customer service is via the numbers in the link below.
