Hi. I have changed to O2 from EE. I would like to retain my old number. I have a PAC code, and I have completed the online form several times, but each time it says the information provided for security checks is incorrect. I have checked it all, but don't know what is wrong.

Thank you

It’s usually the answer to the security question which is different to your password and can be changed in your MyO2 but it may be easier for you to call 202 and speak to o2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
