Brief story, having lost my phone a few weeks ago i called that evening to have it blocked, sods law, found my phone next day, anyway i called cs back up and they send a new sim - all calls failed, next call to cs = new sim same problems again.
Anyway after days and days of being "fobbed of" i thought i was getting somewhere yesterday, the reasonably helpful fella yesterday said that"it was the phone thats blocked" so would take another 4h to clear, alas this looks like another fobbed of job, anyone have any ides that could help would be greatly appreciated.
