Solved: iphone 13 pre order

Hi, just wondering do you actually have to settle your existing device plan in full upfront if you take up the new iphone 13? The SMS i received from o2 says they will settle the balance if you trade in your old phone. But when you order online, you are expected to pay off the balance. Am i missing something?

You need to choose the recycle option when ordering your phone.
