Hi, new iPhone user, day 10 and my phone
1. Takes ages to connect to the WiFi and cuts out, no-one else has this issue in the house.
2. During calls people say I’m disappearing.
3. Texts go to my old phone with NO SIM card in it!!

3- is because you're still signed into iCloud on your old phone.

1 and 2 could be a fault.

Best to speak to apple who will run a diagnostic check on the phone.

Thanks for your reply. My old phone was not an iPhone, no iCloud which makes it strange. This is my first ever iPhone.

Could be a similar issue with texts if your old phone was capable of RCS messaging.

Your phone number will be set in the message app and linked to Google cloud services.
