My Face ID has stopped working through no fault of my own. Had confirmation from Apple Genius Bar before last lockdown that it is a hardware issue. They couldn’t replace the handset for me (iPhone X) because I didn’t buy it from them. Would O2 replace it under warranty? Still have 15 months of my 36 month contract left.

O2 won't replace it after 12 months.

It matters not where you bought it from, Apple should have replaced it before.

You'll need to go back to Apple now I'm afraid.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
