Hi, Can anyone help me with what sim do I need for iPhone 12 pro and how to get one? I understand from the apple website that iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max are not compatible with existing micro‑SIM cards.

Hi @Rowanlaw

It takess a nano sim. You may be able to push out the nano part ie

If not, then you can get a new sim by going instore or calling O2. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

@Rowanlaw

The reason they say not compatible is because they need a 5g sim if you are in a 5g area.

This can be ontained by calling O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support or by popping into your local O2 store.

eSim is also an option, again available by the above 2 methods.

However, if you are happy with 4g as now, you just need to use your current O2 sim and it will work fine.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
