please help im losing work as i can turn on my voice mail went into the shop they couldn't help

hi many thanks form this 

 

but when i ring 1710 it says my number is not set up but ive had this number for at least 8 years and my answer phone was working but just stopped 

makes no sense and when i ring 02 it just ends my call
