Solved: getting my phone repaired

I have a cracked screen - glass and LCD - making the phone currently unusable. Can I get it repaired through o2 ? I am not sure if I have insurance. If not, can I still get it repaired regardless ? Thankyou, Duncan

You can send it in to O2 for a quote if there's no insurance on it https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/device-repairs

Check home contents and bank accounts for insurance too.
