Hello.

I am on pay monthly and the contract ends 15th of May 2020.

I swear I have read somewhere that there is a window of time before the end of the contract where I can cancel it without extra charges, like 14 days before the end date.

Anyone knows anything about it?

You can cancel anytime but you need to pay off whatever you owe on the device plan.

thank you.

They also say you have to give 30 days notice.

If the contract comes to an end, do I still have to give notice ?

I plan to switch carrier before the end of the contract so I guess this wouldnt be an issue anyway, right?

@andrethetall You do not need to give 30 days notice. You can cancel by text: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Cancelling-your-contract-An-updated-guide/ba-p/1234852#M...
