Dear all,

My wife's NOKIA 1020 has started a new irritating feature, voice description of each touch of the screen (not for the first time either, last fixed in a shop but we did not write down how the 2nd technician fixed it, the first could not). It also means that functionality is lost, often toggling between screens without actions happening - only stopped by switching on and off.

She is unable to make calls because keyboard is not accessible.

Physiologically possibly suggestions please.
