changing my husbands pay as you go to contract

Hi im with o2 on contract, my husband is with o2 pay monthly. I wish to upgrade his to contract also, with unlimited minutes and texts, not to worried about data, what will be the cheapest and best and also is there a discount because i am myself on contract with o2
