cant download bills

i need to download my last 4 previous bills for cashback purposes. I assume the issue is with o2 rather than my use of the site.

This has been going on for a week now, and i only have a couple of days left before its too late. affordable mobiles will not give me the cashback without them. 

Anyone know when this will be resolved? will 02 refund me instead in the event of it not being resolved?
