can't receive texts

I have just upgraded to a Samsung A90 5G and I can't receive texts. 

Tried to use Aura but that was useless.

Any ideas?

I spoke to someone at O2, apparently if you've done a sim swap in less than 24 hours it can take this amount of time to correct itself

You need to keep rebooting your phone as swaps are taking much longer now
