issues over last 24 hours with recipient being unable to hear me properly (intermittent/broken/'fuzzy'), whilst I can hear them perfectly.

SE 2020 handset received 3 weeks ago as an upgrade. Not reconditioned.

Tried all obvious routes:

Mics working fine - all clean, okay quality on video/memo app

Software update okay

No reported network issues

Tried disabling other functions; no difference.

Any advice

Maybe an issue with the recipients network or phone @Mils

Is it just one person who complains or everyone you call?

Thanks for the reply!

Yes it's everyone; I also left myself a VM which I couldn't make out. I think I may have solved it though- I tried using WiFi calling only and that's fine; got my husband to try calling me (he's also o2) and his was poor (from my end). We used a third party network checker (heat map??) that had some issues about 5 miles away - you think it could be as simple as that and should resolve within a few days?
