Disney plus

On Friday I signed up for Disney plus free for 6 months. I have not received an email yet to activate this and when I look at my app on my extras it says to activate this but when I do this it comes up with a 404 error can you help

Resolved! Amending contract

I started a basic contract for £15pm in September 2020. It was subsequently upgraded to £35 pm. I am now living overseas. I understand that cancellation is probably too early, but I wish to revert to the £15pm. Please assist me.

Resolved! Import number without changing tariff?

I have an old 3p per minute O2 pay as you go sim, which I think is very good value. I want to import my Giffgaff phone number to O2. If I do this can I stay on the same tariff or will O2 move me to a new one?
