Poor 4G signal in AB30 1ES

I am midway between Fettercairn and Laurencekirk and recently have been getting very poor 4G data performance, typically between 1 and 2 MB/s. Anyone else in the same boat, and any ideas as to how we get this resolved.

Resolved! Unable to make calls to specific number

Although I am able to make calls as normal I am unable to connect to a specific 0800 number that I frequently use. Others on o2 are able to call the number so I'm not sure why its just me who can't. Can you help?
