Good morning, i phoned up earlier but i still don't have Internet
access. I have tried switching my phone off a few times. I have reset my
network settings but stull won't work.
I haven't had any signal now since Tuesday, this is happening
everywhere. I have contacted O2 via the app several times and no one

I’m out in Australia, Can’t make/receive calls. I need to contact a
relative as a family matter has occurred- I have tried a local eSIM-
still nothing.
I have recently noticed that occasionally number I contact seem to
failing with the message "the number you are calling is not recognised"
and occurs for both mobile and landlines. Any thoughts?
Hi! Every time I am not connected to WiFi my Internet doesn't work, even
if it shows 5G or 4G ,it still doesn't work! Can someone please help!

I have just returned for some travel to Europe including Italy, Greece
and Spain. In the absence of Wifi I was able to get 4 or 5G but with no
internet connection so couldn't use Google, WhatsApp, etc Can't
understand this and would welcome an explan...
I have had no network for 2 days affecting 2 numbers on my account
called and told there is no issue and investigation takes 5 days I
cannot be without a phone I rely on these devices for work and need
better support
