Network access very low last couple weeks

The last couple of weeks my and my wife's Samsung s23 phones are struggling with getting good signal that used to be fine. Is there some tower outages around wa3 postcode to know about? Anything to check on our phones?

My daughter is travelling in Europe, I have checked her data usage against the 25gb and she has 17gb left but her has no data at all today in Prague. We have switched phone on and off, turned off 5G but no joy. Any suggestions?

No service since starting a new tariff.

I changed my sim only tariff yesterday for better deal and I’ve woken up this morning to no service. I’ve tried switching phone off, toggling airplane mode and manually selecting 02 as network but still nothing. Any ideas? Thanks
