Hi there, Just a quick query regarding activating the Disney+ feature for the S21 ultra I have just purchased; so, I followed the link in MyO2 and activated the Disney+ where the link was waiting. I downloaded the app, signed in with my email etc and it was working fine. Yesterday I checked and it now isn't working and says, "Welcome back, it seems like you are not subscribed" and to renew the subscription at a cost. As I have had the phone over a month now there is nowhere to reactivate the link. Can anyone suggest a remedy to this please? Thanks Alan.

You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
