Hi there

I am having serious problems getting mobile data. I joined O2 the same time as other members of my family. On their settings screen, it says mobile data. But mine says cellular for some reason. Do you think I might have the wrong SIM card. I have checked it and it doesn’t look similar to those of my family members.

Sorry - the card does look the same. Just differently worded options in settings. Also says add cellular plan!

Cellular data means the same as Mobile data @Geraldine123  It's a language setting.   Make sure it's on.

Do you have an iPhone?

If so, you need the iData bolt on. Try changing the APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk" for now.

@Geraldine123

Yours is different because you have your region set to America not UK.

It shouldn't make any difference to operation though.

Call O2 to check your account set up Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
