@Davie

Turn off phone and remove sim.

Turn back on and wait for it to fully boot up.

Replace sim with phone still turned on.

Does works, but if you swith off the phone for any reason the settings go and you have to do this all over again. Just spoken to O2 to explain this. Ive been sent a replacement phone 🤔. Still having the same problem so I'm returning the replacement phone. Has anyone come up with a magic solution to keep the settings if you switch off

@Darkangel71

It's a Samsung software issue which they are aware of.

Awaiting a fix in a future update.

Thank you - figured it was a software issue just needed O2 to acknowledge.

Hi

I live in an area that is a dead zone for voice and sms.

I recently upgraded my phone to include wifi calling Sony Experia L4

I have followed the instructions but it works sporadically and now does not work at all and says mobile network not working go onto a wireless network?

This is what I thought i was doing?

Is there any help you could give me?

Many thanks

David
