Can you please tell me why I am not getting roaming in Spain

You may have a roaming bar on your account so you need to contact O2 via SKYPE and ask them to lift it. Numbers to call in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Manually search for another network

Reboot your phone

Or if you have an iPhone change your APN in settings to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
