When available, it will pop up here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or in the shop pages here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop

Unless it is something we can help with?

Hello,

Thank you for the quick reply.

I have an Android phone and i'm constantly getting popups which say android.process.acore keeps stopping.

I have googled and done what they have recommended (clearing cache from Google Play Services) but to no avail.

Its getting to the point now where that may popups are popping up my phone keeps freezing then turning off.

That's a generic cache error.

You'd be advised to boot into the recovery menu and clear all cache from there.

The other possibility is a rogue app, so also try booting into safe mode to see if it still happens or not.

If not, you need to find the app responsible for it.
