Trying to get in touch with ANYONE in O2 to discuss my latest upgrade and I've been through the cycle of option 2, then 5, then 7 (or whatever it is) five times being cut off each and every single time. Why is it so difficult to speak to an agent/advisor? I've been with O2 for nearly 8 years and this episode is disappointingly stealing time away from me. Why is there not an option to go straight through to an advisor?!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
