I have just upgraded my phone, my new phones signal is really weak. I have been with O2 for years and have had many phones but this new Sony Xperia phone keeps dropping in and out of signal and never really have full bars. I am looking to send back or replace with another phone

Are you using your new sim or your old on?

If the old one, turn off 5g in settings as the old sim isn't 5g capable and could be conflicting with what the phone is looking for in terms of signal.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
