Visual Voicemail on O2 with Apple iPhone 12.

I bought a new Apple iPhone 12 a few months ago (in May 2021) and ever since I have had new device the Visual Voicemail I have used for years, stopped working, I have now called Support at O2 four time and each time the call has taken well over 30 minutes (sometimes I have waited 30 minutes to speak to someone in support and they have then cut me off straight after I got through) my issue is still not resolved, every piece of advice they have given so far has been wrong, the level of customer service at O2 these days is absolutely appalling, I have been a loyal O2 customer for over 20 years and feel like I am being treated like cattle, this needs to be addressed as a formal compliant ASAP or I will go public with this information on every social media channel there is.

You need to call O2 and ask them to add the iData bolt on. You should find VVM works then

Call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.

or if you can't get through then message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
