View and download past bills

Hi!

Am I going crazy?  I can't find where I can view and print my older bills on the website.  The latest bill is there, but where are the bills for the last few months?

I have the same - although, as you can see from the 3rd screenshot, I have Payment History going back a fair way (to 2017, although not shown in the screenshot) - almost as if something broke as O2 and VM came together for Volt?

And Month drop-down shows:

 Just this and last month's bills in Billing History section - but the last 2 years' of those shown on Payment History, at a minimum, should be showing there:

Hey @pgn the back dated bills are being restored incrementally so customers should be able to see their bills from October and September with the rest to follow. I'll update the community once the whole situation has been resolved.

Just checked and yes, Oct and Sept are now also showing in my previous bills section @Martin-O2 & @pgn

Slowly, slowly the old bills are coming.

Can now see Aug and Jul 2021 in the list of previous bills...

That's an improvement from yesterday @gmarkj . Yesterday it was just July. 😊
