Hello, I'm trying to make an upgrade on my phone as I've been offered a free upgrade but when I go through the steps online I get all the way to checkout my basket and then it asks me to verify my account through a confirmation text message but my phone is completely cracked and cannot see the screen, is there another way I oncould complete this without going into store

You could put your sim in another phone, however, looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
