My son is trying to use my old Iphone 8 plus but it says his sky sim is not supported. I contacted O2 who emailed to say they had unlocked my device but I’m still getting the same message.

You sometimes need to plug the phone into itunes to complete the unlocking process.

If not you may need to rerequest the unlock from o2

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
