My phone was brought prior 2018, I want to unlatch it’s from O2. I’ve tried to fill out the unlock device request form but I can’t remember the security question. Anyone know how I can do this?

Hi @NdoubleU - your security question in set in your MyO2, and can be changed without help from O2 (ie, self-service) if necessary.

It is *not* your MyO2 or account password.
