Unable to find network?

My phone has not been able to find network and internet today (bar wifi at home). I have checked and I still have over 40gb of data left and rely on this data for work.

Hi @RachelK,

 

I'm sure you've already tried but have you switched your phone off and on again to see if that resolves it?

 

Follow this link to check the network in your local area https://status.o2.co.uk/. There might be a network issue in your area.

Hi @Martin-O2 and @O2EmmaLouise still no network 😥
I switched on and off, spoke to someone on live chat, checked my sim in another phone - still no network. Got a new sim sent out and installed it, still no network. I'm at a bit of a loss, but will try to call O2

If nothing works after you have checked that, you may be better off booking a Guru appointment at your local store https://guru.secure.force.com/O2DeskStoreLocator 

They should be able to check things out for you and if needed, reset network settings etc.
